I am an adventurer, someone who loves the unknown with an insatiable curiosity.
I grew up in a family of business owners in Brittany, France: my parents, my 3 brothers and my sister, they were and still are running their own businesses. As the fifth and last child, I could witness and experience from the inside what it means to have the responsibility of a company and the people depending on you, the pressure it represents, the fears and necessity to take important decisions and take risks, the sleepless nights when facing big challenges, but also the deep joy, excitement and rewards of it. Above all, passion was everywhere palpable.
I myself studied business, graduated from EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL, major in Finance, have worked experiences in this area in France (Paris) and in Germany (Hamburg). In my career, I also began to develop a very strong interest for Health and Human being with those two fundamentals questions guiding my quest: What does it mean to be truly healthy? What does it mean to be a human being? Responding to this longing, I came to study Homeopathy, Yoga, Nutrition, Neuroscience. I am MORPHOPSYCHOLOGIST and CERTIFIED COACH.
Above all, I am a learner, you will always see me with a book in hand, and participating yearly in different events to expand my experiences and knowledge as a coach and as a human being.
I love Arts in all its different forms, which are fundamental and inspiring parts of my life.
I am a mother of two children. No matter the country we were living in (Germany, Switzerland, Bermuda/USA), I could notice that we, parents, educators, were struggling with the same challenges, the same insecurities. It pushed me to do deeper research in this area too. I came to work intensively and study with Dr.Shefafi Tsabary on what she calls “Conscious Parenting”. Sir Ken Robinson deeply inspired and guided me on this topic as well.
The work and research of Dr. Gabor Maté on Trauma has a tremendous impact on my work and insights of the world and the society we are living in. He anchored in me the urgent need of bringing the nature of the human essence into the civilisation of today and the way to do it.
My work as a coach in Leadership is strongly inspired by the work of Tony Robbins, Sadhguru, Eckhart Tolle, Simon Sinek, Daniel Goleman, and Brené Brown to name just a few.
In the coaching community, we are living the adage: “you cannot take your client any deeper than you have gone yourself.” Deep inner work is at the core of any coach’s life.
